Independent candidate Pavlik Sargsyan submitted on Saturday to the Armenian Central Electoral Commission (CEC) his formal application for participation in the presidential elections that are going to be held in the country on February 18, 2013, the CEC informed News.am.
Mher Hayrapetyan, Vardan Sedrakyan, National Self-Determination Union Chairman Paruyr Hayrikyan, incumbent President and ruling Republican Party leader Serzh Sargsyan, National Accord Party Chairman Aram Harutyunyan and independent candidate Andreas Ghukasyan have already submitted their formal applications to the Central Electoral Commission.
