Amado said that Portugal plans to expand relations with Azerbaijan. He noted that Azerbaijan is one of the most active participants of Eastern Partnership and plays an important role in the stability of the region. The foreign minister of Portugal invited his counterpart to visit Lisbon to continue improving partner relations.
