No rules necessary except country's laws - Ingush leader

The head of the Ingush Republic, Yunus-bek Yevkurov, says no special 'code' for Caucasians living in Moscow is necessary. All kinds of social behavior are effectively regulated by the country's laws, he believes.

Previously, Russian media reported that some kind of 'code' for people from the Caucasus living in Moscow and other Russian cities is being drafted. The reports followed several scandals involving ethnic crimes.
