Armenia’s foreign minister Edward Nalbandian received on Friday the newly-appointed representative of the Council of Europe's Secretary General, Oleksandr Pavlyuk, News.am reports.
Welcoming the official, Nalbandian congratulated him on his appointment, expressing hope that progress in implementing joint programs will be reached during his mission.
The Armenian foreign minister underscored importance of cooperation in the context of Armenia’s upcoming chairmanship in the Council of Europe.
