Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to establish a commission for negotiations on an association agreement between Armenia and the EU, News Armenia reports, citing the president's press-service.
This function is currently being fulfilled by the Foreign Ministry of Armenia. Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian was appointed to coordinate their work. The deputy foreign minister Karine Kazinyan was appointed as the main negotiator.
