The government of Abkhazia has developed the order of interaction between the authorized strucutre for realization of the complex plan of social-economic development of Abkhazia for 2010-2012 and the governmental customers, RIA Novosti reports, citing the Cabinet.
The plan was passed within the framework of realizing the agreement of helping Abkhazia in social-economic development, signed in August 2009.
The state administration for construction and architecture will be authorized to control and monitor the plan. The ministries of economy and finances will approve the code of medium of estimate prices for materials, products, equipment and their shipment for the repair-constructure works.
On Thursday the government discussed the measures to be taken for realization of the complex plan. Ankhaz President Sergey Bagapsh told about the personal responsibility of all ministries for spending the money issued by Russia for the plan“s realization.
Russia provided 10.9 billion rubles to aid in social-economic development of Abkhazia. There were some disagreements on the issue of realization and control over the money. On July 13th the Minister of Economy Kristina Ozgan visited Moscow and solved the issue.
Premier Sergey Shamba was appointed to control realization of the plan and spending of the finances.
