Abkhaz President Sergey Bagapsh leaves today for Nicaragua and Venezuela. From July 17-21 Sergey Bagapsh will visit Nicaragua and will have a meeting with Daniel Ortega, president of Nicaragua, and members of the government. From July 21-23 he will visit Venezuela to meet President Hugo Chavez and sign an agreement of friendship and cooperation as well as several other deals. The Abkhaz delegation includes Defense Minister Mirab Kishmaria, Minister of Economy Kristina Ozgan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Maxim Gvindzhia, Chairman of the National Bank Illarion Argun, First Deputy Chief of Staff Zurab Kadhaya, advisor to president Noshrevan Chachba and others.
