Adam Osmayev, suspected plotter of a murder of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has refused to testify, his common law wife Anina Okuyeva said.
She made the statement prior to the session of the Primorsky District Court of Odessa that starts on Thursday. She passed the statement to prosecutor of the Odessa Region Alexander Galkin, saying that Osmayev had been tortured.
