Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has responded to US Department of State's recent report concerning the religious life of the republic. The US authorities believe that the secular character of the state has been abused in Chechnya under Kadyrov and, according to a source, are considering including him on the so-called Magnitsy list, the list of Russian officials responsible for human rights violations.
The head of the Chechen republic said that the United States have no moral right to criticize the Chechen social order and added that human rights are violated in the USA itself.
