Meeting of Azerbaijani and Armenian Foreign Ministers started today in Alma Ata in the framework of the informal summit of OSCE Foreign Ministers. Russian Foreign Minister, Segey Lavrov, his French conterpart Bernard Kouchner and US US Deputy Secretary of State, James Steinberg also took part in the meeting, APA reports.
The meeting is addressing the question of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement. Previously, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov announced that a timeframe for the withdrawal of Armenian forces from the Lachin and Kalbajar districts would be discussed.
