The State Duma will soon discuss two bills aimed at easing the procedure for obtaining Russian citizenship, the deputy head of the house's CIS affairs committee Dmitry Sablin says.
The bills have been suggested in order to help Russians who live abroad and have their lost citizenship to return to the Russian Federation.
