Moscow police to pay special attention to ethnic crimes

Moscow police will pay special attention to ethnic crimes, Russian minister of internal affairs Vladimir Kolokoltsev says.

Organized ethnic crime will be a major target for the police force, the minister underlines.

The official specified that a special regulation concerning ethnic crimes will be drafted soon.
