Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree awarding chief executive of Narimanov district of Baku Abdin Farzaliyev the Order of Friendship, AzerTAj reports referring to the official website of the Astrakhan region, news.az reports.
Abdin Farzaliyev was awarded the Order of Friendship for his great contribution to the strengthening and development of friendship and cooperation with Russia.
By the order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, head of the executive power of Narimanov district of Baku Abdin Farzaliyev implemented a number of joint projects in the Astrakhan region, which have attracted significant investment in the social sector in the region.
