Migrants deported from Russia will be able to return in three, rather than five, years if they pay for the tickets themselves, Izvestia reports.
It will be an adequate reward for cooperation with the Federal Migration Service.
Deporting a migrant back to Tajikistan costs about 30,000 rubles. 3536 foreigners and apatrides were deported in 2012.
Russia had over 10 million foreigners in August 2012. About a third of them arrived illegally and were not paying taxes.
