Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is on his way to Paris to meet co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the structure mediating the Nagorno-Karabakh peace talks, spokesman of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry Elman Abdullayev says.
Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian will attend the meeting too.
