South Ossetia toughens penalty for drunk drivers

The Parliament of South Ossetia has approved a bill "On administrative liability for traffic violations", Interfax reports.

According to the document those caught drink-driving will be deprived of their licences for a period of 18-24 months or face a 30 thousand-rouble fine.
