The mayor of Moscow, Sergei Sobyanin, and the head of the Republic of
Ingushetia, Yunus-Bek Yevkurov, signed an agreement on trade, economic,
scientific, technical and socio-cultural cooperation on Monday.
Sobyanin noted that currently Moscow and Ingushetia have well developing
economic and trade relations. Thus, in 2011 the amount of economic turnover
increased by 2.5 times, RIA-Novosti reports.
"We are bound by infrastructural projects, particularly in the sphere of
tourism. Recently, Ingushetia opened its first ski resort, and I hope that
in the future it will become popular. Our cooperation has all the necessary
prospects for successful development," Sobyanin said.
Yunus Bek-Yevkurov said that the republic in a position to cooperate with
Moscow in the sphere of economy, tourism, and export of organic products.
