Russia opposes redrawing European borders

Speaking on the issue of political stability in the Balkans, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Moscow was against “redrawing European borders.”

“It’s important to follow the key provisions of the Helsinki Final Act,” he said, adding that the Balkans had seen a lot of bloodshed over the past few decades.
