Russian presidential envoy to present Dagestani leader

Russian Plenipotentiary Presidential Envoy to the NCFD Alexander Khloponin will present the new acting Leader of Dagestan Ramazan Abdulatipov to local MPs and governmental officials in Makhachkala today.
