Moscow said that the theme of Georgia's return to the CIS is on the agenda.
"As for the famous story, presented by journalists, I would like to
say that Georgia's return to the CIS is not in our agenda", said the
official representative of Russian Foreign Ministry Alexander
Lukashevich.
According to the diplomat, "the words of Evdokimov in Minsk on January
29 were misunderstood and misinterpreted by the journalists".
Recall, Mikhail Evdokimov said that Russian side does not see any
obstacles to Georgia's return to the CIS, but that Tbilisi should make
the first step.
