Azerbaijan has purchased T-129 ATAK helicopters from the TAI 60 aerospace company of Turkey for $3 billion, Sabah reports.
ATAK helicopters are part of the state program for supplying the military with national weapons and equipment. The helicopters may fly at a speed of up to 300km per hour in complicated weather conditions.
The UAE, Malaysia, Pakistan and Jordan show interest in the helicopters.
