Acting Dagestani Leader Ramazan Abdulatipov has appointed Tanka Ibragimov as the new Healthcare Minister, replacing Ilyas Mamayev who has been the minister for 16 years, Abdulatipov’s press service reports.
Ibragimov worked as the head of a clinic in Moscow, head of the subdepartment for orthopedic dentistry of the faculty for post-diploma education at the Moscow State University for Dentistry named after A.I. Yevdokimov. He is a PhD of Medicine, a professor.
