Russian President Vladimir Putin met today with the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, in order to discuss the current situation in Chechnya.
"Our budget is the most transparent and effective In Russia," Kadyrov said.
Unemployment still remains the most acute problem for the republic, the head of Chechnya told the president.
The security issue has also been discussed at the meeting. The Chechen leader reported that no terrorist attack was launched in the republic in 2012.
