Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign minister Araz Azimov said that ISAF will leave Afghanistan before the end of 2014, meanwhile, part of cargo transit to Europe will run through the transit corridor provided by Azerbaijan.
Transit will increase in the second half of 2013. ISAF will give the local government of Afghanistan control over its territory. About 90% of control over the country is in the hands of the government, Azimov adds.
