Russian Vice Premier Dmitry Kozak said that President Vladimir Putin had ordered dismissal of Ahmed Bilalov from all offices. The decision was made after an inspection of Russkiye Gorki construction by Putin.
Bulalov was born in the Khunzakhsky District of Dagestan on November 19, 1970. He worked as a member of the Federation Council, an MP of the third and fourth calling, President of the Russian Golf Association, chairman of the board of the Northern Caucasus Resorts.
He graduated at the State Academy for Management of Orzhonikidze in 1994, Russian Diplomatic Academy in 2005. He is a PhD of Politics.
