Raffi Ovannisyan, leader of the Heritage Party, said today that he respected presidents Paruyr Ayrikyan, Grant Bagratyan and Arman Melikyan.
Nonetheless, he emphasized that 200,000 people had left Armenia in the past 5 years. He proposed a criterion of legitimacy of the upcoming elections.
Armenia will have the 6th presidential polls on February 18. A president will be elected for 5 years.
