Georgian prime minister Bidzina Ivanishvili has made a statement about the speech that the country's President Mikheil Saakashvili is going to deliver at the National Library.
"Misha is going to the library, but is not going there to read. He is not a reader. He isn't a writer either. He is a chatterbox," Ivanishvili said.
The conflict between the prime minister and the president has become extremely vehement in Georgia. The ruling coalition has not even allowed the president to deliver his annual speech at the parliament.
