Federal government to support agriculture in the North Caucasus

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev chaired yesterday a meeting of the governmental commission for social and economic development that was held in Cherkessk.

The meeting was attended by the presidential envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District, Alexander Khloponin.

The prime minister hailed the agricultural sector in the region and said that the sphere needs more investment.
