Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has failed to arrive in Moscow this morning, RIA Novosti reports.
He planned a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The latter will visit Algiers in the second half of the day.
The two ministers were to meet this morning to discuss preparations for the meeting in Alma Ata on February 26, a new round of nuclear talks. Salehi will attend the Russian-Iranian commission for trade cooperation.
