Kazakh authorities will improve monitoring of wages paid to foreign workers in the country, as stated by Minister for Labour and Social Protection Serik Abdenov.
The minister noted that many facts of labour disproportion had been registered in 2012. A round up of monitoring this year will be carried out in late March.
Abdenov reminded that about 22,000 foreigners were working for over 2,000 enterprises in Kazakhstan, compared with about 60,000 in 2007-2008. Special conditions were provided for companies realizing the state program for boosted industrial and innovative development.
