Experts, including officers and reservists, will help reform the Russian Armed Forces, Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu told Komsomolskaya Pravda.
The minister believes the army needs to have officer-mentors restored. They will become professionals with full knowledge of soldiers’ life. Civil education centers and academies will be training such officers, Shoygu supposes.
