Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has criticized regional healthcare at a governmental meeting in Grozny. He reminded that medical centers had advanced equipment, but many doctors had no knowledge of exploiting it.
Kadyrov ordered Healthcare Minister Shikhid Ahmadov to work on the problem and study its causes. The Chechen leader demanded cardinal measures to be taken within a year.
