The idea of Alexey Mayorov, head of the Moscow security department, to form groups of volunteers to assist the Federal Migration Service has been approved, Interfax reports.
Migration patrols will help the federal service protect migration law and order. Volunteers will take part in raids of the migration service, detain illegal migrants and take them to the police.
