The crime sheet against former functionaries responsible for being unprepared for last year's deadly floods in south Russia's Krasnodar Territory will be sent to the prosecutors in early spring, the Russian Investigative Committee reports.

Former head of the Krymsk District Vasily Krutko, former Krymsk Mayor Vladimir Ulanovsky, former head of the Nizhnebakansku Village Irina Ryabchenko and acting head of the department for warnings of emergencies in the Krymsk District Victor Zhdanov are the ones charged.
