Russia has charged Georgian politician Givi Targamadze with organizing mass disorders, ITAR-TASS cites spokesman of the Russian Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin.
Sergey Udaltsov, Leonid Razvozjayev and Constantine Lebedev are part of the case.
