In the Dagestani village of Michurino police were able to eliminate all six
militants allegedly involved in this morning's terrorist attack on a
traffic police checkpoint in Khasavyurt.
According to the press service of the Interior Ministry, a police
major was killed in the operation.
Four policemen were killed following a suicide car bombing in
Russia’s North Caucasus republic of Dagestan on Thursday morning.
