Sukhumi has started distributing Russian humanitarian aid, IA ‘Apsnypress’ reports.
The essential food is being distributed by list in Abkhazia, which includes 2 000 people. They are mainly infirm, poor citizens that need humanitarian aid. Each will get 5 kg of sugar, 9 cans of fish and 7 of canned meat goods and 5 cans of children’s food. The gravely ill and disabled will be given blankets and unbreakable utensils.
The humanitarian aid was issued by the Russian government. The goods were transported to Abkhazia in 18 heavy trucks of the Ministry of Emergencies.
