Unemployed residents of North Caucasus to move to European Russia

Residents of the North Caucasian republics who would like to move to other regions of Russia to get a job will be provided with the necessary financial aid, the head of the Interregional Centre for Employment, Oleg Melnikov, says.

According to Melnikov, the initiative is expected not only to solve the problem of unemployment in the North Caucasus, but also to control the migration of the population.
