President of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) Alexander Zhukov told Interfax that the fate of ROC Vice President Ahmed Bilalov will be decided on February 19.
Bilalov, Vice President of the ROC and chairman of the board of the Northern Caucasus Resorts, was criticized by Russian President Vladimir Putin, losing all positions.
