Over 140 Kazakhs have been evacuated from Syria, spokesman of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry Zhanbolat Usenov has said today.
The conflict in Syria has been ongoing since March 2011. Kazakhstan had had 150 citizens registered in Syria before the evacuation started.
