The petition on recognition of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and occupation of 20% of Azerbaijani land by Armenian forces has got over 100,000 votes. The petition was put on the “We the People” section of the White House website on January 23.
Authors of the petition want US Presidential Administration and President Barack Obama to pay more attention to the problem and make a declaration about occupation of Azerbaijani land.
The petition needs to get 100,000 votes until February 23 in order to be introduced for discussions at the White House.
