EU draws up new sanctions against Iran

The European Union is considering the implementation of new tougher sanctions against Iran for its refusal to suspend uranium enrichment. The sanctions will target investment in the oil-and-gas industries and cargo shipping and financial operations, radio "Mayak" reports.
According to the reports, the new sanctions will also affect dozens of Iranian top-officials and companies.
