Armenian candidates for president who lost to President Serzh Sargsyan are negotiating a joint declaration which may be published today, Graparak reports.
The declaration was initiated by hunger striker Andreas Gukasyan. Raffi Ovanissyan, Grant Bagratyan and Paruyr Ayrikyan have approved the text. Armen Melikyan is opposed to the declaration. Vardan Sedrakyan said he was not offered to take part.
