The OSCE will monitor the Nagorno-Karabakh contact line near Kuropatkino in the Khojavend District of Azerbaijan on February 22, the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry reports.
The Azerbaijani side will be monitored by personal assistant of OSCE chairman William Pryor and field assistant Irzhi Aberle.
The opposite side will be monitored by personal representative of OSCE chairman Andrzej Kasprzyk, field assistants Yevgeny Sharov and Christo Christov and head of the financial administration of their office Jonathan Ferrabi.
