Andreas Gukasyan, former presidential candidate of Armenia, who remained on hunger strike during the whole election campaign, made today a statement in which he urged to establish the National Transitional Council.
In his opinion, the prerequisite for the establishment of the National Transitional Council are the elections which took place on February 18. He said that the time for the people to change the situation has come.
The National Transitional Council will take the responsibility to organize free, unbiased elections.
