Georgian president criticizes parliament

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili has called postponement of hearings of his reports by Speaker of Parliament David Usupashvili a refusal of dialogue, his press secretary Manana Mandzhgaladze said.

She explained that Saakashvili was struggling for protection of the Constitution and talks with parliament, that he wanted to be heard and listen to opinions of MPs.

Saakashvili’s speech was postponed until late March.
