Ramazan Abdulatipov to reform administrative system of Dagestan

Today, the acting president of Dagestan, Ramazan Abdulatipov, adopted a
series of decrees aimed at reforming the administrative system of the
republic.

According to the new decrees, an administrative department of the
president of Dagestan was formed and Artur Israpilov was appointed its
head. At the same time, several institutions were closed. Among others,
the Dagestani Office of Regional Development and Local Government and
the Office of Information Policy and Press Service of the president of
Dagestan are no longer functioning. Their functions were transferred
to the newly-established administrative department of the president
of Dagestan.
