The White House has reacted to the electronic petition that had gained over 100,000 votes for Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the Khojaly Massacre of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
The US administration reminded that the Nagorno-Karabakh could not be settled by force, only peaceful talks would bring stability, prosperity and peace to the region. The US will continue peace efforts within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
