Georgian president demands PM to clarify position on constitutional amendments

 

Georgian Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili has demanded President Mikheil Saakashvili to give a clear answer on whether he wants constitutional amendments allowing the government to be dissolved without the parliament’s approval or not.

The PM emphasized that the problem of power had not been resolved. The constitutional amendments will be voted for before the end of March.
