Heritage Party leader Raffi Ovannisyan has filed a lawsuit against the Central Electoral Commission, News.am reports.
According to Ovannisyan, the CEC recognized President Serzh Sargsyan’s expenses for maintenance of over 1600 electoral offices and agitation posters on February 25.
Jusdge Karen Aventisyan will be on the case.
Ovannisyan said that the declaration of electoral expenses had not included the said offices and agitation and had violated the limited sums for campaigning during the elections of February 18.
Ovannisyan has been protesting the elections results in Yerevan and other areas since February 20.
